  2. Why playing softball year round hinders player development and improvement.
  3. Open ended training is the key to improvement - why there is a difference between getting better vs. taking lessons.
  4. Training options for Gillis USA Softball Training Academy students to be seen every week by live training and/or video training. Explaining the process for Doug Gillis Camp Students and Adam Kirkpatrick Lansing, Grand Rapids and Plymouth Students – who have the first chance to enroll.
